Richard Mille RM21-01 Tourbillon Aerodyne
The Richard Mille Replica Watches RM21-01 Aerodyne Tourbillon in Black is a pinnacle of creativity and technology in the watchmaking industry, setting new standards in design and mechanical innovation at DWatch Global.
With the aim of making the RM 21-01 Aerodyne one of the lightest haute horlogerie timepieces, the honeycomb structure is employed, representing a significant technical advancement with the use of laser welding on such a compact product.
The design and craftsmanship of the Richard Mille RM21-01 Aerodyne demonstrate a comprehensive approach to the movement, case, and dial. Every detail is constructed according to stringent technical standards. The watch case is securely attached to the movement frame by four grade 5 titanium screws and is designed for silent operation.
The bezel of the RM21-01 is crafted from Carbon TPT and Quartz TPT, two unique materials with distinctive appearances. Their surfaces exhibit regular wave patterns, created from multiple layers of carbon fibers or silica fibers. These layers, approximately 45 microns thick, are woven on a special machine, with the ability to adjust the orientation of the fibers by 45° between layers. Subsequently heated to 120°C at 6-bar pressure, these materials are then machined on CNC machines at the case manufacturing facility in Hong Kong. Quartz TPT is also used for the case back, while the strap is made from grade 5 titanium and incorporates Carbon TPT inserts.
The Richard Mille Replica Watches artisan timepiece features a three-part case with water resistance to a depth of 50 meters, ensured by 2 Nitrile O-ring seals. The case is assembled with 20 spline screws made of grade 5 titanium and features corrosion-resistant 316L stainless steel ring seals.
